Bathroom Renovation

I have used Arpi & Alvarado twice for jobs in my apartment and I would highly recommend them. It was easy schedule a time that worked for me, the team are super friendly and helpful and the end result excellent both in terms quality of the work and the clearing up. Quotes for both jobs were also very competitive.

Marco and his team are reliable, courteous, and just nice people. Marco took time to explain what the job would entail and did it as quickly as was possible, with no delays. He was always available to answer questions and made extra visits to check on the job. We recommend him 100%!

Very pleased with all of the work performed, which included the removal of paint & restoration of historical 130 year old wood X-cross plank & batten garage door and the removal of extensive graffiti on historic red brick facade. Arpi & Alvarado were courteous, easy to consult with, thorough in their work and fair in their pricing. I highly recommend them!

This was my first experience with this company. I was very impressed. They were very responsive, on time, reasonably priced, highly skilled and a pleasure to deal with. I set up future projects with them and would highly recommend them.

Marco and team were fantastic for my home renovation work, and i’m really happy with the results. the work was done very well, thoroughly, properly, and with a lot of care. they were very responsive, efficient, and listened to all my concerns. i am grateful to have found them, i will continue to work with them for other jobs around my home!

Marco is the best! He's always goes out of his way to make sure every detail is taken care of. Love working with him and his team.

Marco has done beautiful repair/renovation work for me several times…repairing and painting walls, repairing holes in original hardwood floors, fixing a leak in the sink, re-doing grout work in the shower/bathroom, picking up appliances for me at Home Depot, removing and installing a new washer/dryer, installing new LED lights, installing a new closet light operated by a censor…you name it, and Marco has done it for me. Marco is very responsible, kind, responsive, and polite, and gets projects done quickly and thoroughly…his work is professional and beautiful; communication is great..I feel lucky to have found him. I highly recommend Marco and will use him again! Thank you, Marco!

I am tremendously fortunate to have worked with and to continue to work with Leticia, Marco, and their colleagues. No matter the need, they are consummate professionals, kind, responsible, attentive, and proactive in their work to turn worn spaces into beautiful homes. I hope to work with them for years to come.

This team does amazing work. They are very detailed, quick, and friendly. They have done several projects for me and the work is always very professional and when done they clean up like they were never there. Highly recommend.

The best, easy to understand and will try to workout price range depending on the project. Easily managed to work a schedule and worked quickly and efficiently with their crew. They are clean and fast working people
